While we make every effort to ensure stock accuracy, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders where stock is unavailable

  • Refuse supply where necessary

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Free shipping applies to orders over $200 (unless otherwise stated). Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Once an order has been dispatched, Little Fish Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the consumable nature of baby formula products.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to health and safety regulations surrounding consumable goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where products are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
